What is the estimated delivery time?

We strive to deliver products purchased from indiaDmart.com.com in excellent

condition and in the fastest time possible. We generally procure and ship the

items within 3 to 5 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and

Sundays. For Metro cities, Delhi & NCR the time is 24 to 48 business hours.

Can’t ship to my area, why?

At times we prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at the Logistics discretion.

How do I check the status of my order?

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Wherever possible indiaDmart.com logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through indiaDmart.com, you

can return the item through a third-party courier service.
